Room Layouts & Capacities
The venue’s largest room is The Tower Suite, a contemporary function room complete with breakout areas. Refurbished in 2007 it can accommodate up to 550 guests as single space, or can be divided into three soundproof rooms for ultimate flexibility. The Tower Suite has its own private exterior entrance and foyer, with magnificent views of Tower Bridge, offering a sense of occasion from the moment your guests arrive. The entire suite is also fully wheelchair-accessible.
When seperated up this space forms Tower Suite 1, 2 and 3. Tower Suite 1 is 203m² and can accommodate up to 200 guests in a theatre layout. At 152m² Tower Suite 2 can hold 130 guests, while Tower Suite 3 has the capacity for 220.
The Bridge Suite’s floor to ceiling windows flood the room with light and provide exceptional views over Tower Bridge and the River Thames. At 250m² it can accommodate 140 guests for a conference. As with the Tower Suite, the Bridge Suite can be divided into smaller spaces – Bridge Suite 1 and 2. These can accommodate 50 and 120 guests respectively and are popular for smaller seminars and presentations.
There are 14 other rooms of various size that can be used for smaller seminars, training sessions or breakout spaces. With capacities ranging from 6 to 50 these are very flexible spaces to support your conference.
