Japan House

Japan House has a variety of spaces to accommodate events from intimate boardroom meetings for 12 guests up to drinks receptions for 170 guests. The rooms are versatile and diverse and are available for hire to organisations and companies whose activities support and promote Japanese culture, society and business.

The Tatami Room is the smallest room for hire and is situated on the first floor. The space can accommodate 8 guests and provides the perfect location for smaller meetings. In authentic Japanese style, this space also features a temporary display alcove showcasing art objects related to the exhibitions in the Gallery.

The Hall is the largest space available for hire at Japan House it is a completely transformable space, with so many possibilities, offering a contemporary environment for your events. This space is very versatile and is perfect for conferences, seminars and screenings. The Hall is located on the lower ground floor and features retractable tiered seating and a large built-in screen and state of the art AV equipment. When the tiered seating is not required the room is a perfect shape and space for receptions, dinners and informal gatherings.

Situated on the lower ground floor, the Library is ideal for boardroom meetings, talks and training sessions. The room has a 84” Panasonic 4K UHD tv screen with speakers and a choice of inputs as well as conference calling facilities.
