Situated on Spital Square next door to Michelin-starred Galvin La Chapelle, the modern bistrot Galvin HOP serves simple but innovative food in a relaxed and vibrant environment.
Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2011, the Galvin Hop boasts a smart interior with a mix of natural and reclaimed materials and a magnificent pewter bar designed by Sir Terence Conran.
The Galvin brothers gave HOP a little facelift in the summer 2018 and the interiors are now bright and funky with colourful chairs surrounding light wooden tables.
Galvin HOP’s Conservatory and Back Garden is perfect for events for up to 80 guests. The garden is themed for the winter and can accommodate BBQs in the summer. You can also hire the restaurant exclusively for up to 180 guests.
