The space is unique with state-of-the-art technology and amazing branding opportunities. The inbuilt ledge-lights flood the atrium with colour, and makes the waterside setting one for your guests to enjoy. East Wintergarden is a one-of-a-kind event space.
East Wintergarden is a contemporary and flexible event space home to panoramic views of the London skyline.
Featuring three spaces, the Main Hall, Gallery and Promenade Room, the extraordinary venue offers natural daylight throughout and is home to a spectacular glass domed ceiling- simply one of it’s kind in the City.
East Wintergarden’s magnificent Main Hall is the largest of the three spaces. Home to over 100 windows forming the striking glass dome, the Main Hall has an abundance of natural daylight and views of the London skyline. The hall can hold 1000 guests standing, and up to 600 guests seated, making it an ideal space for events with large guest numbers. For smaller more intimate guest numbers, the room can be divided into two spaces.
The Gallery overlooks the Main Hall and is flooded with natural daylight. The space can hold up to 250 guests standing and up to 120 seated – a perfect space for a VIP reception in conjunction with the Main Hall.
The venue also has a great space called the Promenade Room – it is ideal for a breakout area or dressing room or organisers office.
Although East Wintergarden is technically a dry hire venue they have an approved supplier list for all of the finer details and in house catering. The team at the venue are very helpful and will help create a memorable event for you and your guests.
