The Second Floor
The second floor is host to three boardrooms and the St Andrews Suite, which can be split into three different spaces depending on your numbers and event layout. Able to cater large banquets and small boardroom meetings, the second floor is a highly flexible event space.
The St Andrews Suite is the largest conference suite at 200 SVS. The room features state of the art technology including a built in PA system, 5 large presentation screens, video conferencing and audio visual capabilities. The space is also completely illuminated with natural daylight. The Suite is extremely flexible and can be split into 3 separate event spaces depending on your numbers and layout requirements.

The Robert Gordon Suite is the largest of 3 meeting rooms on the second floor, seating up to 22 guests boardroom style and up to 45 theatre style. The room is equipped with a plasma presentation screen which can be easily linked to video conferencing and audio visual facilities. The Suite can also be used as a syndicate room in conjunction with the St Andrews Suite to host breakout sessions, workshops or smaller meetings.

The Dundee Suite is the perfect choice for a more intimate board meeting or discussion, with seating for up to 12 people boardroom style. It can also be used as a syndicate room in conjunction with the St Andrews Suite to host breakout sessions, workshops or smaller meetings.

The Herriot Watt Suite is an impressive boardroom and meeting facility. With seating for up to 12 people boardroom style and up to 20 theatre style. The room benefits from a wall-mounted high definition television for all your audio visual requirements and can be easily connected to the Wi-Fi network for international connectivity. It can also be used as a syndicate room in conjunction with the St Andrews Suite to host breakout sessions, workshops or smaller meetings.
