12 Hayhill has a range of events spaces you can exclusively hire whether it be for a presentation, pitch of intimate dinner.
The Restaurant has floor to ceiling windows allowing natural daylight to flood the space, with wooden flooring this space is warm and idyllic.
The Bar at 12 Hayhill is the perfect for both intimate gatherings and more lavish functions. This space offers guests a bar paired with its own private terrace.
Lower Ground Round is an elegant private dining space with one large round table seating up to 15 people. This art-deco inspired room is a lavish spot for an intimate dinner with an exceptional ambience.
The Library Rooms provide the perfect spot for all intimate affairs with chandeliers and striking artwork. The space provides versatility with private corners for 10 -40 persons.
The Ground Round space is flooded with natural daylight during the day as the room is blessed with floor to ceiling windows and a circular marble table perfect to ease conversations.
Fourth Floor is (you guessed it) located on the fourth floor of the club this versatile space offers a range of room layouts accommodating up to 120 guests.
We love this space, as you don’t need to be a member to hire out the private spaces giving your guests a taste for exclusivity.
