WHO WE ARE

The Collection Events is a free venue finding service and Event Management business based in central London. We have a family of incredible venue partners and event spaces in London and the UK.  We’re very proud of the diversity of our venue partners. From modern to traditional, iconic to secret spaces – we really do have something for every corporate event.

Within our Collection of venue partners we have a huge range of venues and we get to work in such exciting and unusual spaces, event spaces that you’d never normally know about.  We just love to share these event spaces and find the perfect venue for your event. From 10 guests for a unique private dining experience through to a 1,000 seated dinner in a cathedral – we have something up our sleeves for every occasion.

HOW WE WORK

We’re a fast and free venue finding service – you won’t pay any more by using us and often we can negotiate better deals on your behalf with our venue partners. We make our money by charging the venues a small introduction commission, something usually accounted for within their marketing budgets. The process is simple. Tell us about your event.

We like even the smallest details as it helps us match you to your perfect event space. Once we have talked through your event, (and we do like to talk, email just isn’t the same) we then send you the shortlist that we feel will work best for you.

We can put together packages for your event to make everything super simple and seamless. Equally we can negotiate prices on your behalf and put together the contracts with the venue. We essentially do the leg work so that you don’t have to.
