Meeting Rooms
The HAC Estate provides a versatile Central London meeting venue with a range of rooms that can accommodate up to 40 delegates in a boardroom or 130 in a theatre layout.
You will have a range of spaces to choose from, all with their own unique flavour. The Medal Room for example is a light and spacious room whose walls are adorned with medals won by members of the HAC. This unique meeting space can accommodate 24 in a boardroom or 40 theatre for a presentation or training day.
The Library and Boardroom are the smallest space, able to cater for a boardroom meeting of 12. Situated in the Sergeant’s Cottage, which was constructed in the 19th century, this space has a comfortable breakout area with sofas and wonderful views of the garden.
The Antre Room, is located on the ground floor of the Armoury House, and is a popular choice from presentations. Able to accommodate up to 60 guests in a theatre layout, this room is full of natural light thanks to the huge windows.
The Court Room is home to some of the HAC’s most impressive historical memorabilia and sets an impressive backdrop to any meeting. With space for up to 30 guests in a theatre of U-shape layout, this is one of the venue’s most popular meeting rooms.
The Long Room is the largest of the spaces available. Aptly named this is a long narrow room that is popular for conferences and training days. This oak paneled space has the capacity for up to 130 guests.
