Portsmouth Historic Dockyard is home to Nelson’s flagship vessel HMS Victory and the jewel of Queen Victoria’s Navy, HMS Warrior 1860. Set alongside the National Museum of the Royal Navy and Action Stations the unique spaces form a fascinating and flexible venue.
The Dockyard takes you on a journey through time, allowing your guests to step onboard historic ships and understand the Royal Navy’s past, present and future.
Drenched in maritime history the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard boasts a range of event spaces offering you flexibility within a captivating venue. The Dockyard offers a unique insight to Royal Navy history from the 15th Century to the present day, the Dockyard is home to some of history’s great seafaring icons from HMS Victory to the Mary Rose. It’s easy to hire one or more spaces at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and you can mix and match according to your needs. The Boathouses, Mary Rose Museum and ample outside space makes this venue a wonderful choice for dinner, conferences or team-building away days. The Mary Rose Museum and HMS Warrior 1860 are also available for civil wedding ceremonies.
BY RAIL The Dockyards are a 5 minute walk from Portsmouth Harbour station which can be reached via a direct train from London Waterloo.
