Old Billingsgate – 1,200 Conference Capacity
Old Billingsgate is located in the heart of the city, nestled on the North Bank of the River Thames. This striking historical building encompasses three three versatile spaces and a beautiful terrace with unrivalled views of Tower Bridge, City Hall, The Shard and London Bridge.
This Victorian Grade II listed building was once a world famous fish market, closing its doors in 1982. Since then the building has undergone an amazing transformation. The Great Hall was once the market floor, but is now a space that caters for a range of events, from exhibitions to awards dinners. What is now the Vault, was once the basement and was covered in 50 years of ice to store the latest catch.
For a large conference the Grand Hall is the perfect option. It is the largest space and has a stunning triple-height ceiling and feature mezzanine. Combined with the ornate sky-lit ceilings this venue is an impressive backdrop for a conference.
Alexandra Palace – 10,000 Conference Capacity
The Great Hall at Alexandra Palace is elaborately decorated in Victorian elegance with plenty of natural daylight, offering the perfect setting for large-scale events. The Barbican Centre – 1950 Conference Capacity
