A high glass wall provides stunning panoramic views over Olympic Way whilst the interior can provide ample seating for over 1000 guests.

The Wembley Suite is one of the most prestigious and popular self contained rooms within the Stadium, which makes it an ideal area for top level meetings, lunches and dinners. Entrance to the suite is through a discreet and private reception area, perfect for pre function cocktails, or registration, and which immediately creates a charming and elegant atmosphere for any event. With access to a seating area situated directly outside of the suite, which is located just above the players tunnel, and where guests can marvel at the spectacular panoramic view overlooking the pitch, the room is perfect for special and unique occasions. The Suite can hold up to 300 guests.

The Bobby Moore Rooms is one of Wembley’s grandest space that offers event organisers the luxury of accommodating any occasion. Often referred to as the ‘jewel in the crown’ the Bobby Moore Room is the only meeting room within the Wembley complex to enjoy views of both the legendary football pitch as well as an open vista of North London. It’s not just the views though that single out this amazing room. The interior of the room boasts two levels, a ‘lower level’ room and a ‘mezzanine’ room which are connected by two sweeping staircases.

The Bobby Moore Room can provide banqueting facilities for up to 1900 people, cocktails for 3,250 or a conference for 1000 in a space of an incredible 3,480 square metres!

With over 160 to choose from, Wembley Stadium’s boxes all offer spectacular views over the famous pitch and are ideal for small meetings and break out areas. Catering from just 8 up to 20 people, boxes are an ideal choice for intimate meetings where corporate executives can take time to reflect, and are guaranteed to make a lasting impression on clients and colleagues looking for a superior experience. Alternatively, they provide excellent syndicate and office space to support larger events taking place throughout the building, and are perfect for training which requires an inspirational backdrop.

The Pitch Side Rooms are a pair of meeting rooms which benefit from direct access to seating outside on the terraces. This allows your event attendees the opportunity to truly soak up the atmosphere of this stunning venue. The full length windows provide panoramic views of the iconic Stadium Bowl, creating the perfect backdrop for creative and inspirational events – whether they are small meetings, presentations or something less formal such as a cocktail reception or private dinner.

To ensure logistical ease, each Pitch View Room has a private reception and cloakroom and as with most of our rooms benefits from a neutral colour scheme to compliment any event branding. The room is ideal for a conference for 50, banquet for 150 or cocktails for 300.
