Meeting Rooms
The Congress Centre has nine meeting rooms of various sizes, spread over two floors. All of the venues meeting spaces offer lots of natural light and fabulous AV facilities. With onsite catering and great transport links the Congress Centre is a fantastic venue for your next meeting.
The Invasion Suites are four hi-tech meeting rooms that can be booked separately or combined to make larger flexible meeting spaces. Each room features attractive polished-wood details and contemporary lighting and the suite also benefits from a dedicated reception area for welcoming guests, complete with LCD screen for branding.
Suite 1: 30 Classroom, 24 Boardroom, 22 U-Shaped
Suite 2: 18 Classroom, 18 Boardroom, 16 U-Shaped
Suite 1 & 2 combined: 60 Classroom, 48 Boardroom, 40 U-Shaped
Suite 3: 12 Classroom, 6 Boardroom
Suite 4: 18 Classroom, 18 Boardroom, 16 U-Shaped
There are an additional 4 meeting rooms on the 5th floor. All renovated to provide stylish contemporary space, they have retained their original 1950s wood panelling. Similar to the invasion suites, they can be booked individually or combined with easy-to-remove partitions to cater for larger meetings, seminars or training workshops.
