58VE’s flexible spaces provide the perfect venue for a variety of events offering cutting edge technology in a creative environment for a variety of events from meetings and conferences to drink receptions and dinners in a great location on the Thames just a two-minute walk from Blackfriars station, making it easily accessible by tube, rail, river or bike.
The venue is comprised of a functional purpose built ground floor event space with capacity of 180 theatre style. It can also be partitioned down for smaller numbers and varying set ups. The space is very functional and flexible with a contemporary blank canvas design, writable walls and is fully supported by AV and staging. It was renovated in January 2018 to feature coloured LED lights which can be changed to match branding, a new wooden floor and a smart glass back wall which can be clear to allow natural daylight and sight-lines in and out of the room or frosted for privacy.
There are three modern meeting rooms on the sixth floor which seat from 8 to 50 people and are flooded with natural daylight and offer views across the Thames.
The 58VE is also home to a sixth floor lounge and balcony which can accommodate up to 100 people. The balcony offers an exclusive outside space with stunning views across the Thames taking in iconic landmarks from the Shard to the London Eye with the lounge providing an informal room with glass walls to enjoy the view, bar and PA system.
