Banking Hall
A grade II listed building and the former Lloyds Banking Headquarters, Banking Hall is a stunning art deco venue dripping in grandeur. The venue is able to accommodate up to 800 guests for a standing reception or 280 guests for a seated dinner offering stunning surroundings for banquets, dinners, and conferences in the heart of the City.
Located just around the corner from Bank station, this venue is very easy to access with the Central, Northern, and Waterloo & City lines all running through Bank on a regular basis.
When you enter the venue, guests walk straight into the ‘Main Hall’ this space has historic features without being ancient. As the event space is spilt across two levels, you are then able to access the mezzanine level via the grand feature marble staircase on the right, that looks across the whole hall.
The mezzanine level is home to the Counting Room. This space is flooded with natural daylight for any events held during the day and also boasts a subtle change into atmospheric lighting for evenings with enviable views over the city of London and the Bank of England. Its blank canvas decor allows you to run wild with theming making the space unique for each and every event.
Banking hall incorporates the latest technology whilst maintaining its original charm enabling the space to be used for all events from corporate meetings to large Christmas parties and sit-down dinners.
We absolutely love this venue! Especially the glorious eye-catching staircase linking the two events spaces. This is the perfect place as a built-in stage adding grandeur and grace to any event. The venue also features columns that enhance the splendour of the space a feature that I personally look for within venues.
