Meeting Rooms
The Tower Hotel’s dedicated meetings and events facilities are on the hotel’s top floor, offering an unrivalled range of rooms, all of which are air-conditioned and enjoy exceptional views.
The hotel has 15 meeting and event rooms, suitable for board and team meetings, training sessions, presentations and interviews. The onsite catering and refreshment options are as extensive and flexible as the facilities.
The largest meeting room is the Tower Suite London, which is made up of three rooms and can accommodate up to 500 people in total. Exquisitely refurbished in 2007, this 550m² space can be divided into three smaller rooms – Tower 1, Tower 2 and Tower 3 – separated by soundproof walls for complete privacy. The Tower Suite has its own private exterior entrance and foyer, with magnificent views of Tower Bridge, offering a sense of occasion from the moment your guests arrive. The entire suite is also fully wheelchair-accessible.
Tower Suite 1 offers 203m² of space and can accommodate 45 delegates in a u-shape or boardroom layout. In a classroom setting it can hold 84 guests. Tower Suite 2 is slightly smaller with 152m² of space and can hold 40 guests. Tower Suite 3 offer 196m² of space and room for 45 in a boardroom layout.
The Nimrod Meeting Room is named in honour of the ship that took legendary explorer Ernest Shackleton to the Antarctic. With plenty of natural daylight and a wall-mounted projection screen, it’s also fully air-conditioned and equipped with audio-visual equipment and free fast Wi-Fi. The Nimrod is ideal for board meetings of up to 24, and with its sweeping views over London it makes a memorable setting.
The Fearless Meeting Rooms is named after the iconic HMS Fearless, and is an elegant boardroom-style space comfortably accommodates up to 50 people.
The Great Harry Meeting Room is named after Henry VIII’s most famous warship. A light, airy meeting room, it can comfortably accommodate up to 35 people.
The Mortimer Room is perfectly designed for board meetings and interview panels of up to 30. It also has unparalleled views and plenty of natural light.
For smaller intimate meetings the Cutty Sark Room, Tyger Room and Bounty Room can all hold 10 guests. The Resolution and Belfast Rooms can hold 15, while the Great Eastern has room for 20.
The Discovery Room and Britannia Room’s both hold 50 and are popular for U-shaped meetings and presentations.
