The Brewery
The Brewery is a historic Grade II listed venue located in the heart of the City of London. Built as part of the Whitbread beer-making empire in the 18th Century it is now a hugely versatile event space with capacity for up 1,000 people and able to cater for events ranging from meetings and conferences to Christmas Parties and Banquets.

Over the last 50 years the Brewery has been considered one of London’s leading venues. As one of the capital’s most popular event venues The Brewery has hosted events ranging from government conferences, corporate product launches, star-studded charity events and prestigious award ceremonies.
There are six spaces in total; The Porter Tun, The King George III, The Queen Charlotte, the James Watt, Smeaton Vaults and Sugar Rooms. All with state-of-the-art sound systems, Wi-Fi and LED lighting systems.
The Porter Tun, is one of the largest unobstructed events spaces in London, with an exposed timber roof and antique wooden floors this is the perfect space for any large scale events. There is also a large raised balcony, perfect for drinks receptions and any other event requirements.
The King George III room is located on the ground floor of the building giving it direct access from the reception area, and connects to both the Queen Charlotte and Lower Sugar Room. This space is graced with beautiful exposed brickwork, and a barrel vaulted ceiling.
The Queen Charlotte is a fully self-contained area of The Brewery. With a beautiful built in bar that is hidden behind a mirrored window when not in use this space has prohibition ‘vibes’.
The Sugar Rooms, are two rooms named where the brewing sugar was stored during the height of the Brewery both with natural daylight through gorgeous Georgian windows that overlook the courtyard. The two spaces can be used as separate breakout spaces for larger events or in conjunction with one another as a reception space and main meeting area.
